HOW TO CONTACT THE CAMELBAK TEAM?

    Our team will get back to you promptly for questions about our products and services. Please share as much useful information as possible in order to facilitate the resolution of the request. In order to offer a continuous service, the customer service will operate on 27th, 28th and 29th of December 2023 to answer a maximum of request. Thank you for your understanding regarding the delay of answer which can be slowed down. (Response time within 24h/48h)

    Due to Black Friday and Cyber Week, the response time may be a little longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding. The weeks leading up to Christmas are also very busy for our teams. We thank you for your kindness.

    Our phone line will put you in contact with a member of our team to find a solution to your problem. Temporarily, our line is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (free of charge call). From the 24th December to the 2nd January, the contact center will only be available via email.

    PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

    The customer service team will not be online on these days, thank you for your understanding (phone lines and live chat will be closed and emails will be processed on the following days).
